Job summary

Center for Advanced Dentistry in Indianapolis seeks a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. You will deliver high-quality dental care, work closely with our dentists, and focus on periodontal and overall oral health while building lasting relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist in Indiana.
• CPR certification required.
• Anesthetic certification preferred but not required.

Job description

Dr. Brad Sammons at Center for Advanced Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Center for Advanced Dentistry, 8325 South Emerson Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46237

Schedule:

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

*Open to 2-4 days a week*

Our dedicated team includes:

• One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• One FT Registered Dental Hygienist

Compensation:

• Uncapped hygiene incentive bonuses!
• 50-60/hr

Additional Information:

• Average # of patients per day - 8-10
• Morning Huddle M-TH

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Indiana
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
