Job summary

Bright Direction Dental is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Fort Wayne team. Schedule includes Mon–Fri hours with two days per week preferred, offering uncapped incentive bonuses plus hourly pay.

You will work closely with dentists to deliver high-quality dental care and foster strong patient relationships in a supportive practice. Qualified candidates are Indiana-licensed RDHs with CPR, OSHA-compliant sterilization knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist in Indiana
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization per OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency in charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health

As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Uncapped incentive bonuses plus of hourly pay.

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Looking for 2 days a week Monday is preferred**
