Job summary

Smile Starters Dental in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric-focused practice serving patients ages 1 to 20. You will perform teeth scaling, polishing, and take dental x-rays, while educating families on oral health.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Perform teeth scaling, polishing, and take dental x-rays.
• Patient Advocacy: Review medical histories, assist dentists with charting, and write detailed electronic health records.
• Case Management: Present treatment plans to parents/guardians, obtain necessary consents, and facilitate referrals to dental colleagues.
• Team Support: Work closely with our Dental Assistants and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a seamless patient flow.
