Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct oral health assessments, including reviewing oral health history and examining patients for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis.
• Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.
• Apply fluoride and sealants to prevent cavities.
• Educate patients about proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Record and evaluate patients' dental histories and document treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with dentists in planning treatment for patients, assisting in consultations, and making recommendations for care.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to infection‑control protocols and all health and safety regulations.

What You’ll Need:

• Current State Dental Hygiene License
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and education.
• Experience using Dentrix & DEXIS software (preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
