What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

• Be a Patient Educator & Coach: Empower patients by customizing home-care routines, explaining the oral-systemic connection, and providing compassionate nutritional and lifestyle counseling.
• Deliver Outstanding Preventive Care: Perform thorough screenings, periodontal charting, be proficient in taking digital radiographs & intraoral images, and perform prophy and periodontal services using a Cavitron.
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Work hand-in-hand with our dentists and clinical team to co-diagnose, build comprehensive treatment plans, and foster a warm, welcoming environment for our patients. Deliver pre- and post-op instructions to patients.
• Own Your Space: Maintain clinical notes, practice exceptional sterilization and infection control protocols, and keep your operatory running smoothly.
