Mynt Dental Franklin Park LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist in Illinois to join a forward-thinking practice equipped with Dentrix Ascend and AI-assisted X-rays. Full-time or part-time (2-5 days), hours 9am-6pm weekdays, 9am-3pm on Saturdays, with 60-minute blocks for new patients/recalls and SRP as standard.

Competitive pay at 58–60 USD per hour, a $3,000 signing bonus, and uncapped monthly bonuses.

• Ability to administer local anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope.
• Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams; your clinical judgment carries weight.
• Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans.
• Educate patients on their treatment and home care.
• Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records.
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.

Role and Schedule:

Hours:

Clinic hours are 9am-6pm during the week, and 9am-3pm on Saturdays.

Appointment lengths:

• New Patient or Recall: 60 minutes
• Default SRP: 60 minutes per 2 quadrant

Patients per day: 7-8 patients

What we're looking for:

• Active Illinois RDH license in good standing

• New graduates are welcome. We'll pair you with an experienced hygienist at the beginning to build your speed and confidence — we won't throw you into a full column on day one

• A 15 minute call with owner to talk through the role and answer your questions
• An in-person meeting with the owner to see the office and talk about clinical philosophy and how our hygiene department runs
• An offer , typically within 5-7 business days
