Job summary

ProGrin Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Base pay starts at $45 per hour with potential to earn $65+ per hour through a hygiene bonus structure, reflecting production levels and patient care impact.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current state license in dental hygiene and CPR certification required.
• One year of clinical hygiene experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleaning, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and chart findings.
• Take and process radiographs as required.
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist in identifying potential areas of concern and documenting findings.
• Deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.

What You'll Do:

• Perform thorough dental cleaning, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and chart findings.

• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting potential areas of concern
• Providing oral hygiene education and preventive care.
• Conducting thorough oral health assessments and charting findings.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have associate degree or bachelor's degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
• Have current state licensure, CPR certification and one year of clinical hygiene experience.
