DCS Clinical in Albertville, MN is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established dental practice. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, perform radiographs, and educate patients while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain one.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other preventive procedures.
• Complete periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings.
• Take diagnostic radiographs as clinically indicated.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain appropriate infection control and clinical safety standards.

Registered Dental Hygienist — Albertville, MN

Location: Albertville, MN

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–40 hours per week

Scheduling flexibility is available and can be discussed based on candidate availability and practice needs.

Compensation

• $60–$65/hour, based on experience
• Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $99,840–$135,200/year, depending on weekly hours
• Competitive bonus system
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
