Job summary

Dalseth Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a professional, patient‑centered dental hygienist to join our team. You will assess periodontal health, perform prophylaxis, and support preventive care.

We offer a generous benefits package and a full‑time schedule Monday‑Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm and Friday 7:30am–1:30pm, with competitive pay ($52–$54 per hour) commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• RDH license required.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience with periodontal care is a plus.
• Strong patient communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates periodontal conditions to ensure a complete diagnosis and proper treatment plan.
• Performs oral cancer exam.
• Scales, polishes and apply fluoride.
• Educates patients on preventive care and home care.
• Works cooperatively with doctor and team.
• Represents the practice professionally and courteously.

We are looking for a full-time hygienist. Wage range is $52 - $54, commensurate with experience. This position is full-time, Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm.

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands and work with patients in all situations
• Evaluates periodontal conditions to ensure a complete diagnosis and proper treatment plan
• Performs oral cancer exam
• Scales, polishes and apply fluoride
• Educates patients on the importance of preventive care, the disease process and provide appropriate instruction on home care
• Has the ability to work cooperatively with doctor and team
• Represents the practice professionally and courteously
• Has a valid and current RDH license
