Metro Dentalcare Elk River, MN is seeking a licensed dental hygienist for a full-time position (4 days a week) as the practice expands its hygiene department with a second doctor on board. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Job Summary

$10,000 Sign on Bonus! Metro Dentalcare Elk River, MN. Full Time: 4 days a week. Established single Doctor practice is adding a second Doctor and growing their hygiene department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New Graduate or several years of clinical experience.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Clinical familiarity as required by office.

Physical Requirements

• Perform essential duties; reasonable accommodation available.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability for virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement, not applicable in FL & TN).
