Job summary

Jazz Imaging LLC, a San Jose-based maker of intraoral X-ray sensors, seeks a Registered Dental Assistant to join our support team. You’ll help offices troubleshoot, train, and answer questions while staying connected to dentistry without chairside work.

We provide full training on the technical side, with a Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift in our San Jose headquarters. You’ll log cases in Salesforce and collaborate with sales and engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• Current or former Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with active credentials.
• Strong communication: calm, clear, patient.
• Willingness to learn new software; full training provided.
• Organized and able to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Support dental professionals by phone and online with troubleshooting, training, and account questions.
• Help resolve sensor and software issues so practices stay focused on patient care.
• Guide customers through setup and training via remote desktop.
• Handle follow-ups, billing questions, shipping, and returns.

Jazz Imaging is a San Jose-based manufacturer of intraoral X-ray sensors trusted by thousands of dental practices. We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our support team and help offices keep their sensors working so they can focus on patients.Why this is a smart next step for an RDA:

What You’ll Do

• Support dental professionals by phone and online with troubleshooting, training, and account questions
• Help resolve sensor and software issues so practices can stay focused on patient care
• Guide customers through setup and training via remote desktop
• Handle follow-ups, billing questions, shipping, and returns
• Log cases in Salesforce and work with sales and engineering when needed
• Help improve our support processes

What We’re Looking For

• Current or former Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) experience required
• Strong communication skills — calm, clear, and patient
• Natural problem-solver who likes finishing what they start
• Willingness to learn new software and technology (we provide full training)
• Organized and able to manage multiple cases
• Basic computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office)
