Job summary

Precision Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our modern practice in Atwater, CA. You will work closely with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care, perform clinical tasks, take X-rays, and assist with whitening and infection control.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of RDA experience, a valid RDA license, CPR preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
• OSHA & HIPAA knowledge and compliance.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Well-organized and reliable; capable of inspiring and assisting teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform dentistry procedures as required by the dentist.

We are looking for an experienced RDA that would like to become part of our awesome team! The office is a modern dental practice that provides the best quality care to all our patients. This hands-on career requires a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and the ability to work with other members of the dental team and a variety of patients. The RDA will perform all dentistry procedures, x-rays, teeth whitening, clinical infection control procedures, cleaning and sterilization of instruments, tray setup and materials.

Duties and Skills

• Proven experience as Registered Dental Assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations(OSHA & HIPAA)
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing & temp crowns
• Good Dentrix computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $30=After bonus & incentives

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday - Thursday and 1 Friday

Experience:

• RDA: 2 years (Preferred)
