Job summary

Wesley Dental in Greenville, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide skilled chairside support in a busy, multi-doctor practice. This full-time role features a friendly schedule with a noon finish on Fridays.

You will assist across general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign and laser procedures, manage impressions and temporaries, sterilization, charting, and patient flow to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA registration.
• Experienced chairside assistant across full scope of procedures.
• Full-scope skills: scanning systems, implant placement assisting, anterior/posterior temp crown & veneer fabrication, retraction cord, Invisalign.
• Strong communication, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent chairside assisting across general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign cases;

Wesley Dental, a well-loved family dental practice in Greenville, TX, is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to deliver the warm, comfortable chairside care our patients rave about. This full-time role comes with a great schedule that eases up as the week goes on, including a noon finish on Fridays.

About the role

You’ll provide skilled chairside support in a busy, multi-doctor office across a full scope of general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and laser procedures.

Mon & Tues 7:45–5, Wed 7:45–4, Thurs 7:45–2, Fri 7:45–noon.

Compensation

$19–$22/hr, depending on experience, plus monthly bonus.
