Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels, TX, is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. You will contribute to high-quality patient care and support a friendly, patient-centered practice.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, monthly bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, with occasional Fridays, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with TX license and 1+ years in general dentistry.
• Active CPR or willing to obtain.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and update patient health histories.
• Set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for each operatory.
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA regulations.
• Assist dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry.
• Provide postoperative care instructions.
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, 1-2 Fridays per month 8am-2pm

Compensation

$20-$23/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
