Job summary

Sealy Dental Center in Katy is a well-established family practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. You will assist chairside, prepare instruments, and help maintain a welcoming, patient-focused environment. We value a Texas-licensed RDA with CPR, at least 6 months of experience, a positive attitude, and reliability.

Spanish is a plus. Schedule Monday–Friday 7:45am–5:15pm; compensation $19–$21/hour with monthly performance bonuses and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas.
• 6+ months of previous RDA experience.
• Active CPR certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory.
• Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations.
• Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry.
• Provide post-operative care instructions.
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
