Premier Dental Center - New Braunfels in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, patient-focused team in a full-time role. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, monthly bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will support the dentist in general dentistry, manage sterilization, prepare operatory, and assist chairside with four-handed dentistry while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant in TX with 1+ years of general dentistry experience.
• Outgoing, reliable and team-oriented.
• Patient care focused and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Review patient health history and update records.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for each operatory.
• Sterilize instruments according to OSHA regulations.
• Assist dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry.
• Provide post-operative care instructions.
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.

What We're Looking For:

• A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 1+ years of experienceworking in general dentistry
• Someone that is outgoing, reliable and excited to learn and grow within a team

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, 1-2 Fridays per month 8am-2pm

Compensation:$20-$23/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

• 1+ years of experience as an RDA
• Active CPR or willing to obtain
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus!

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
