Job summary

Apex Dental Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Texas team. In a fast-paced practice, you’ll support dentists with chairside procedures, prepare operatories, and help ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to post-op instructions.

We value accuracy, efficiency, and a patient-first mindset. A current RDA credential, 2+ years’ experience, and a completed dental assisting program are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification and state credentials.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Anticipate doctor needs and maintain smooth procedure flow.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials in advance.
• Capture high-quality diagnostics and ensure readiness for review.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and reinforce post-op care.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Manage operatory flow, room turnover, and supply readiness.
• Collaborate with team and identify workflow improvements.
