Under the direction of the Dental Director, the Registered Dental Assistant Lead plays a key role in clinic efficiency, supporting RDA/DAs, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with policies. The RDA Lead coordinates with various team members to ensure smooth clinic flow and comprehensive dental care. Knowledge of dental procedures, infection control, sterilization, workflow, scheduling, and EHRs is essential. The role includes leadership responsibilities such as staff training, supervision, and quality assurance.
