Job summary

West Olympia Dental Group is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering timely, high-quality patient care. You will assist with patient care, chair-side procedures, radiographs, and post-op instructions, while maintaining sterilization and safety compliance.

Training opportunities and a collaborative team environment are emphasized. Compensation ranges from $24.50 to $34.00 per hour, with benefits including insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with state-required certification training.
• State-mmandated certifications/licensures.
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate from college/technical school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by keeping patients focused on optimal treatment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
