Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, RDA certification, coronal polishing and sealants certifications, and a BLS certificate. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; weekend work possible as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (or GED) required.
• Proof of completing radiation safety course.
• One year of dental assistant experience.
• Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant required.
• Coronal polishing and sealants certifications required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist at chair side during treatments.
• Prepare treatment materials and equipment for procedures.
• Take dental x-rays and assist in lab work.
• Greet patients and escort to operatory.
• Maintain sterile infection control and inventory.
• Support front office tasks as needed.
