Job summary

A-Team Dental Staffing L.L.C, Tracy, CA, is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join a family-oriented practice. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong back-office skills and be proficient in four-handed dentistry, temporary crown fabrication, and operatory setup for all treatment procedures.

You will support cosmetic, crown & bridge, extractions, implant placement (Bicon), root canal therapy, and Invisalign while upholding OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess Registered Dental Assistant license (state).
• Experience with back-office dental procedures and four handed dentistry.
• Proficient in temporary crown fabrication and operatory setup for all procedures.
• Experience with implants, Invisalign, crowns & bridges, and root canal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures and maintain back-office workflows.
• Ensure sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance.
• Prepare operatory and instruments for cosmetic, crown & bridge, extractions, implants, and Invisalign.
• Support patient care, scheduling, and documentation as part of the dental team.
