Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and prepare them for treatments
• Ensure patient comfort during checkups and treatments
• Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Assist the dentist with procedures, including 4-handed dentistry
• Perform lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in the dental room
• Schedule appointments and manage office documentation
• Create temporary crowns and take impressions for various dental appliances

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a registered dental assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to perform non-surgical procedures like coronal polishing (a plus)
