Salary: $22.25 - $30.75 per hour

Position Overview

Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. The primary role is to assist the dentist in providing the best possible treatment, with a focus on patient engagement and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the dentist in gaining patient commitment to treatment
• Participating in delivering a positive patient experience
• Maintaining a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment
• Assisting with x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed
• Instructing patients on oral health care post-treatment
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with mandated training courses for certification/licensure
• Relevant certifications/licenses as required by state (e.g., radiograph, coronal polish)
• Associate degree or certificate from an accredited institution preferred
