Job summary

Brooks Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for an energetic Registered Dental Assistant to join our pediatric team in Texas. If you value patient care, family-friendly service, and a positive work environment, we'd love to meet you.

As part of our clinical team, you will assist dentists with pediatric procedures, take digital X-rays, prepare rooms, maintain records, and educate families on oral hygiene.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong chairside and four-handed dentistry skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills; a positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during pediatric dental procedures.
• Taking digital X-rays, impressions, scans, and dental records.
• Preparing treatment rooms and patients for procedures.
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment plans.
• Helping keep the clinic running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.
