Job summary

Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics - (Lytle) is hiring an energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to work with children, build relationships with families, and join a supportive team.

You will assist the dentist during pediatric procedures, take X-rays, impressions, and records, prep rooms, sterilize instruments, maintain records, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA License required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong chairside and four-handed dentistry skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during pediatric dental procedures.
• Taking digital X-rays, impressions, scans, and dental records.
• Preparing treatment rooms and patients for procedures.
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment plans.
• Helping keep the clinic running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.
