Teravista Dentistry of Round Rock is seeking an experienced and licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Texas Registered Dental Assistant license, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant, and a commitment to our core values.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting treatment: Assist the Dentist in back-office procedures and treatments, providing support and ensuring a smooth workflow.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments based on treatment plans and patient preferences. Ensure efficient scheduling to optimize both patient and practitioner time.
3. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with both patients and dental team members. Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
4. Record Keeping: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and financial agreements. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality.
