Your mission includes championing thecore principlesof clinical excellence: visualization (isolation techniques), minimization (efficient movements, process simplification, and resource conservation), and productivity (proactivity and provider-focused support). It’s no small task, but we know you’re up for the challenge!

In addition to your clinical expertise, you’ll bring exceptionalmultitasking abilities, seamlessly balancing tasks, priorities, and deadlines. Whether it’s contributing to a team meeting, assisting with office operations like answering phones or unpacking supplies, or supporting colleagues, you’ll embody the spirit of teamwork with grace and adaptability.

We’re not just looking for a dental assistant—we’re looking for anindispensable asset. You’ll bring a high school diploma or GED (required), strong computer skills, and handwriting as clear as your patient care notes. A CODA-accredited dental assisting certification and at leastfive years of hands-on experienceare preferred, while additional qualifications—like certifications in Radiology, Sealants, Coronal Polishing, or fluency in multiple languages—are welcome bonuses.
