Job summary

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Bellmead-Kids Dentistry team. In this full-time role, you will welcome patients, take digital X-rays, assist dentists, and help maintain a clean, sterile environment while supporting excellent patient care.

You’ll need a Texas-issue RDA license and at least 1 year of experience with nitrous oxide, with coronal polishing or sealant certification preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with nitrous oxide or hold coronal polishing/sealant certification.
• Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays.
• Assist dentists during a variety of procedures.
• Maintain sterile, organized exam and treatment environments.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.

Your RoleAs an RDA at our office, you will:

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
