Community Dental Partners in Granbury, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role you will welcome patients, prepare them for exams, take digital X-rays, and assist dentists during procedures.

You will maintain a sterile environment, educate patients on treatment options and aftercare, manage appointments, and help with sealants and nitrous monitoring when trained. Texas RDA license required; training available for certain certifications.

Qualifications

• Texas-issued RDA license is required.
• Sealant placement, nitrous monitoring, coronal polishing certifications (training available).
• Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Ensure a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Polish teeth and place sealants as trained.
• Help manage patient appointments and care.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Create a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients.
