What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)
- Assist during a variety of general dental procedures, ensuring appointments run seamlessly
- Capture digital X-rays with precision and care, prioritizing patient safety
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using top‑tier sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support four‑handed dentistry to enhance teamwork and efficiency
- Use Eaglesoft to keep patient records accurate and organized
- Assist with greeting patients, scheduling, or front desk flow as needed
- Work with advanced technology like 3D scanners and modern imaging equipment
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
What You Bring to the Team
- Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
- Experience with dental software systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care practices
- Confidence in taking X‑rays and using modern dental technology
- A solid understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Flexibility and willingness to support both clinical and administrative tasks
Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
