DirectDental in New Jersey is seeking a full-time dental assistant to support clinical procedures, seat patients, take digital X-rays and intraoral photos, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain sterile equipment.

Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, hold a NJ radiography license, be reliable and team-oriented, with strong communication and infection-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures.

• Keep operatories clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with inventory management and supplies.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery.

• Endodontic or surgical assisting experience ( preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
• Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols
