Our Office

The Endodontic Group - Frisco is seeking a talented Registered Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice.

Your Responsibilities

You will ensure excellent patient service and support the Dentist by handling administrative and basic dental tasks. Your focus will be on addressing patients' needs, concerns, and questions, and keeping them relaxed and comfortable during their visit. Your duties include:

• Welcoming patients
• Preparing patients for treatment
• Setting up instruments and supplies
• Sterilizing instruments
• Assisting through 4-handed dentistry
• Providing oral hygiene and post-op instructions
• Maintaining a clean and stocked dental room
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining patient records
• Assisting with payment procedures

Additionally, you will help facilitate other office responsibilities as needed.

Your Background

You are a resourceful, compassionate dental assistant who loves helping patients and supporting the Dentist. You are a proactive problem-solver, well-organized, and detail-oriented. You have:

• At least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience (specialty preferred)
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization
• Understanding of safety regulations
• Ability to perform regulated tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma
• Dental assistant certification and radiology license (if legally required)
