Job summary

Starland Dentistry in Redondo Beach is seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. You will assist the dentist during exams and procedures and help with scheduling appointments, ensuring every patient feels welcome.

The ideal candidate holds a state RDA license, has at least two years of experience, CPR certification, and strong computer skills to manage records and patient data while delivering excellent, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CODA-accredited associate degree and be a licensed RDA.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills; excellent communication.
• Minimum two years of dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer questions
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
