With three locations - two in Brookline and one in Newton, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a collaborative, supportive environment where team members stay for the long term.

What You'll Do:

* Provide chairside assistance during all phases of dental treatment

* Take digital X-rays and 3D scans

* Assist in crown/bridge, prosthetics, and Invisalign cases

* Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols

* Set up and prepare instruments and materials for patient care

What We’re Looking For:

* Registered Dental Assistant license (required)

* Proven experience in a busy, patient-focused dental setting

* Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
