We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Monarch Dental teams in Benton, AR! This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm (only 4 days a week)

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have certifications to be hired:
• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
• Nitrous Oxide
• Radiology certification
• Coronal Polish
• Previous chairside dental assisting experience preferred
• Organized, reliable, and committed to providing 5-star patient care

Compensation

$18-$20 / HR
