Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support our dentist in Iowa, Atlantic. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, take X-rays, and educate patients on oral hygiene. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits based on hours worked.

We value patient comfort, infection control, and accurate record-keeping. CPR/BLS certification and a valid RDA license are required to join our supportive team.

Qualifications

• CPR or BLS certification is required.

Overview

"You belong here with us at Midwest Dental". We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant professional who will work closely with our Dentist. Our commitment is in everything we do. Schedule

Monday-Thursday 7:45am-4pm, Biweekly Friday 7:45am-12pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort
• Take and develop X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed

Qualifications

• Must have certificates to be hired:
• CPR or BLS
• Registered Dental Assistant license

Compensation

$18-$22/hr
