Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is seeking an engaged dental support professional to join the clinical team. You’ll greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and assist across the office as needed to support GPs and specialists.

Responsibilities include patient education on oral hygiene, room prep, and contributing to excellent patient care within a busy practice environment.

Qualifications

• RDA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before starting.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mo-8-5, Tue 7-5, Wed 7-5 and Thur 7-4

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• RDA certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$20-23/hr
