Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• ARRT registration and current state radiologic license required.
• Completion of a JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program or an AS degree.
• Successfully completed CT registry.
• Must participate in continuing education per ARRT guidelines.
• Valid Ohio radiologic license.
• Current CPR certification by the American Heart Association.
• Required: 24 hours CE every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT procedures according to physician orders and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members, ensuring a positive experience.
• Operate equipment with precision, maintaining proper exposure levels and techniques.
• Review images for quality and diagnostic acceptability.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under physician direction.
• Practice sterile techniques and assist with emergency procedures when needed.
• Participate in continuing education and development.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associate's degree required
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current state license required
• Completion of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology or an Associate of Science Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Successfully completed and passed CT registry.
• Must participate in continuing education activities in accordance to the ARRT guidelines.
• Valid Ohio radiologic license.
• Current CPR certification by the American Heart Association must be held.
• Required Skills and Knowledge: Must complete at least 24 hours of direct credit continuing education every 2 years
