Registered Client Service Associate (Atlanta, GA)

Job Summary

Raymond James, with over 60 years of excellence in financial services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Client Service Associate to support our growing team. This role provides high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills across various platforms and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, in-person, and mail.
  • Support Financial Advisors and the branch team both independently and collaboratively.
  • Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client information using internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation per industry standards.
  • Monitor asset transfers and ensure successful completion.
  • Review cash reports and contact clients about investment opportunities.
  • Handle corporate actions and client account alerts.
  • Prepare financial reports and meeting materials.
  • Input orders and rebalance portfolios as directed.
  • Maintain records using CRM software.
  • Assist with marketing events and client seminars.
  • Engage in training and professional development to stay current.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of company policies, financial markets, and securities industry practices.
  • Experience with CRM and goal planning software.
  • Proficiency in Excel and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of securities industry experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63, 65, or 66 as needed by state.
