Brokerage Registered Client Service Associate Atlanta, Georgia

This position is based in-office at 3333 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA. The role involves servicing and supporting Financial Advisors, including administrative, operational, and client service tasks, especially when the Advisor is unavailable.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting Financial Advisors with client servicing, financial plans, investment research, and transactions.
  • Processing orders, handling market queries, and managing corporate actions.
  • Scheduling appointments, entering data in Salesforce, preparing correspondence, and maintaining client records.
  • Managing the Financial Advisor's calendar and maximizing sales opportunities through client outreach.
  • Providing operational guidance, ensuring proper submission of new business paperwork, and mitigating risks through authentication standards.
  • Supporting branch needs and handling operational requests as instructed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in securities industry or sales support roles.
  • Knowledge of securities markets, brokerage accounts, and annuity products.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; candidates with at least one license can obtain others during employment.
  • Strong communication, time management, and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years of securities industry experience.
  • Previous sales or banking experience.
  • Bachelor's in business, finance, or related fields.
