Your role

Our new Client Associate will play a significant role in our client's Wealth Management needs and will be a member of our Operations Group – ensuring all administrative tasks are completed at a world-class level.

We’re looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:

1. provide best-in-class client experience through active communication, anticipation and fulfillment of needs, attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution
2. onboard and maintain client accounts, optimize operational efficiencies, process incoming/outgoing wires and charitable gifts, cash management, and key information documentation
3. perform administrative duties that support daily business practices, such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reports, and team calendar management
4. support team's business development efforts by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events

Detailed salary information:
Wayzata: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $65000. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

You’ll be working as part of Shafer Block Wealth Management in our Wayzata, Minnesota office. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Registered Client Associate you’ll play an important role in the success of our team.

Your expertise

You have:

• bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
• series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
• Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.

You are:

• an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• committed to providing top-notch client service
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
