Job Summary

As a Branch Service Manager/Registered Client Associate at RBC Wealth Management, you will serve as a trusted resource to clients, advisors, and the branch. Your role involves using your administrative and operational skills to support advisors in managing and growing their business, ensuring compliance, resolving problems, onboarding new accounts, maintaining records, implementing technology changes, and preparing correspondence. You will foster a positive work environment and develop a strong team culture within the branch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships by assisting with account questions
  • Handling account inquiries and escalating when necessary
  • Ensuring compliance by maintaining proper documentation and communicating with clients
  • Facilitating fund and securities transfers, completing trades, and processing checks, wires, and ACHs
  • Overseeing branch staff and operations, including onboarding, training, and issue resolution
  • Communicating policy and procedural changes effectively
  • Maintaining confidentiality per RBC’s Code of Conduct

Qualifications:

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
  • Attention to detail and efficiency improvement mindset
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or willingness to obtain within 12 months
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments

Nice-to-have:

  • Current FINRA registrations
  • Financial services experience

The salary range is $45,000-$75,000, depending on experience, skills, and market conditions. Additional earning potential through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program is available.
