Job summary

UBS in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Client Associate to support a growing team with client service and operations. You will keep client data up-to-date, educate clients on account services, assist with reports for meetings, gather documentation for new accounts, and help plan team marketing events and calendars.

The ideal candidate has Series 7/66 licenses (preferred), 2 years of client service experience in finance or banking, and a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field (preferred).

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (preferred).

• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Indicative gross base salary range: United States – California – El Segundo min USD 55000 – max USD 75000 /annum. The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
