ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking an Offsite Registered Cardiac Sonographer in Toledo, OH. You will perform cardiac imaging and other non-invasive cardiology procedures, including stress testing and monitoring, while serving as a resource to staff.

The role supports 24 weekly hours in a part-time schedule and offers a sign-on bonus. Applicants must have ARDMS/CCI eligibility or certification and a cardiovascular technology background.

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or registry eligible through ARDMS or CCI.

Job Summary: As the Offsite Registered Cardiac Sonographer, you perform cardiac imaging and other non-invasive cardiology procedures. You will perform cardiac stress testing on patients and apply and process holter/event monitors. In this role, you will serve as a resource for other technologists and hospital staff. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s degree in cardiovascular technology with clinical course work in cardiac imaging or 2 years experience in a non-invasive cardiology lab with a focus in cardiac imaging
• Must be able to perform a complete echocardiogram using approved protocol
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or registry eligible through ARDMS or CCI.
• Must pass exam within one year or obtain approved extension from department leader and HR
