3C Shared Services Building Control is a partnership between Huntingdonshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, and Cambridge City Council, delivering resilient, high-quality building control services across a diverse region. We support historic landmarks and innovative developments, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence.
About You
We seek an experienced professional with a passion for building control, who:
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as travel across the partnership area is required.
What We Offer:
Hours: 37 hours per week. We are open to discussing alternative working patterns.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £40,476 - £45,718 per annum (City Pay Band 6), pro-rata for part-time roles.
Location: Hybrid work model, mainly office-based with some remote work flexibility.
