Kavana Living in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide adaptive behavior treatment directly to clients. You will implement ABA-based programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, record session notes, and report progress and questions to the supervising BCBA.
Qualified candidates will hold 40 Hour Course Certification and RBT Certification, and be available for M/W/F 4:30-6:30 with weekend availability, totaling about 15 hours per week, at $25.00–$29.00 per hour.
Provides adaptive behavior treatment directly to client. Treatment includes behavior
modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive
skills.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA
Collect data on above programs
Record session notes detailing treatment
Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA
File medical and crisis incident reports
