Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52-week year-long position)
New Pay rate: $24.00 - $27.36/hr (based on experience)

Devereux Day Academy is a private academic school program located in Landenberg, PA, licensed to serve students in grades K-12 with primary disabilities such as Emotional Disturbance, behavioral and cognitive differences, autism, intellectual disabilities, and speech and language impairments. The curriculum aligns with Pennsylvania Core Standards and partner district curricula, emphasizing differentiated instruction, evidence-based strategies, and rigorous learning expectations. Each student has an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), developed and reviewed by a multidisciplinary team including parents or guardians, focusing on skill development and positive behavior support through PW-PBIS, a system promoting positive behaviors and creating safe, supportive environments.

Qualifications
Education: RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience: At least 1 year working with children or adolescents preferred
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Must be at least 21 years old
