Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work in homes, schools, and clinics, using evidence-based approaches like DTT and NET to support progress.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and help create a safe, engaging environment that fosters communication, social and daily living skills. SkyCare ABA values growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children and a passion for supporting those with ASD.
• Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
