Best Ever ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings in Easley, SC. Work part-time with flexible shifts, and contribute to data-driven progress under a BCBA’s guidance.

Experience in ABA or working with children is a plus; certification is required or willing to obtain. Competitive pay, paid training, PTO, and 401K with employer matching are offered.

Competenze

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Mansioni

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community




• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $23 - $28/hour




• Part-Time: Part-Time Available




• Shifts: Flexible, based on yours & clients availability




• Location: Easley, SC
