Job summary

Best Ever ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 therapy to clients in various environments. This role offers competitive pay rates and the opportunity for career advancement within a supportive team.

RBTs will implement treatment plans and collaborate with families to ensure client success. Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain RBT certification and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Pay Range: $23 - $28/hour
• Part-Time: Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on yours & clients availability
• Location: Anderson, SC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
